Internet security questions?

As my free Norton trial that I got with my laptop expires tomorrow, I have a few questions for new stuff. Sadly, I cannot afford to re-up with Norton, so I downloaded a few free items, after of course carefully reading customer reviews and so on. Questions are as follows:

1-- I have antivirus, firewall, and pop-up block. What else do I NEED or do you recommend?

2-- How often should I run spyware removal?

3-- Will my trial Norton automatically uninstall, or do I need to do that? If I need to, can I do it now or should I wait until it expires?

You can use the following

1. Avast or AVG Free edition

2. Zonealarm Firewall Free.

3. Lavasoft Adware 2007

4. CCleaner to clean temp files.

You should run the spyware removal and antivirus regularly to keep you system clean.You can search www.download.com to find the above software

You have to manually uninstall your Norton. Wait untill the norton antivirus expires.
