i download avg free edition and when avg detects a threat i click heal but it doesn't work. i need a good antivirus download that can heal when it detects a threat. pls tell me the website that is free to download.

Maybe you aren't using it correctly. I have had numerous tech guys tell me that AVG is the best free version out there for anti-virus.

Try booting your computer into Safe mode, then run AVG again. Sometimes it can't heal a file because it was actively loaded into the operating system and is in use...Safe mode should allow it to be deleted. If that doesn't work, at least it will tell you the path where the infected file is located, so you can manually quarantine it.
