I hear that (Nortons) will only find 20% of the viruses, so their any good Antivirus out their that will find all of the viruses and not only half but all virus.

Do (Rundll32 errors) couses programs freezing if so, what is a good program that will scan all errors expecally rundll and dlls errors that will scan the computer for free and that you can fix the errors for free without having to pay to fix them

20%? I doubt so. Norton is notorious for their resource hogging but their detection rate and scanner is pretty decent.

There is no single anti-virus program that will detect all viruses. Thousands are created by the day, and all researchers struggle to locate, identify and create new signatures to update the product.

Regarding 'free Rundll32 error fixes', these are usually flashing banners that entice you to click them. If you do click them, you will find out that they are programs that do not work as advertised. They may even install more virus/spyware onto your computer, so be very careful.
AS Chiaz has already posted Norton IS a resourse hog but is pretty damn good at detecting viruses and other malware.
