How to confirm an attached document (virus scan result) you sent me?

I dont know how to confirm the document you attached. I tried to go



there and it gave me an antivirus, there is no button or place to confirm



anything. Please could you explain how can I "confirm" it or what do



you mean by confirm it or what do I need to do in order to not to lose



my account.

Right click on the icon and select scan for I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...! Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at
