Specs wise it looks pretty good... you might want to check the compatibility of those parts though (I don't see anything incompatible off hand but always a chance a home build is mismatched parts).
I did notice that you didn't mention OS in your list... you're going to need to get yourself an operating system like windows or linux (I'd suggest windows just to be compatible with most games) which is going to take your cost up. Also add about 20-40 dollars for keyboard, mouse and speakers. Looking at the processor you should call directron and find out if that boxed processor includes a factory shipped fan or if you need to order a CPU cooling system... please not that the case fans are NOT a substitute for a CPU fan.

that seems like a pretty good one. so yur saying you bought it used from someone or something?
I would say this is great for a causal gamer's pc. What would make it even better woulld be to get two video cards with SLi. Other than that the PC will run great.
By the way your missing a disk drive.
